Use

  • Each time you use it, line your mold with butter or a special pastry release spray that contains flour (do not use margarine or other food sprays).
  • Pour the batter ¾ of the mold then tap it lightly on the work surface to release the air bubbles (for molds with small complex details, let it rest for 10 minutes before putting it in the oven so that the batter has time to properly adhere to all the walls of the mold)
  • Preheat your oven well for a better result.
  • When removing it from the oven, wait 10 minutes before unmolding your cake.
  • Wash your mold in hot soapy water. It is not dishwasher safe (risk of altering the coating).
  • Do not use metal utensils or abrasive sponges to avoid damaging the non-stick surface; use the small brush for precise cleaning.
  • Not compatible with direct heat sources (gas, induction, vitroceramic, electric hobs), or microwave oven.
  • Freezer safe.
