Stainless steel MA5 : Martensitic stainless steel with a high hardness due to the addition of nitrogen (0.15%) and a superior corrosion resistance due to a high chromium content (16%).
Handle : The hornbeam comes from French farms. It is a white wood with little grain, ideal for applying colors without altering them. The handle is varnished to be better protected against humidity and dirt.

It is not recommended to put these knives in the dishwasher.This would damage the wooden handle.
