This is the smallest of our four classic walnut cutting boards. Its size is practical and easy to store. Stylish, stable, strong and durable: What more could you ask for in a cutting board? This board has two recessed handles for a good grip. One side has a groove around the edge to catch juices and the other is completely flat. Use it on both sides.

Thanks to the beauty of its essence, in addition to its role as a cutting board, use your black walnut board for serving cheese, sushi or pastries, for example. The glue used to laminate our boards is highly resistant to humidity and has been approved for food contact by the FDA. And yes, you can be reassured, Health Canada and MAPAQ approve wood as a work surface.
