Here is our 100 % duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce. Once more, our authentic recipe contains only homemade ingredients. Slowly cooked with our homemade duck stock, our sauce will be one of the tastiest, more flavourful you have ever had taste.
Recommended accompaniments: Much like your favourite pasta dish, our sauce is to be sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
Directions: On the stove: Cover and heat at low heat for about 12–15 minutes.
Ingredients: Duck meat, puréed tomatoes, duck stock, celery, onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, fine duck fat, parsley, garlic, Guérande salt flower, tomato paste, corn starch, sugar, baking soda, herbes de Provence, black pepper, spices.
