Description
Do you suffer from lemonomania? So do we! Our mad love for this versatile citrus really shows in the way we produce our syrup. It is made by first heating a water and sugar mixture and then adding cold-pressed lemon juice at the very last moment. Once pasteurized, our small 100 L batches are bottled with the utmost care and end their journey, as do all our syrups, in the refrigerator. This ensures the purest product and the highest possible quality of cold-pressed lemon syrup.
