Description

Learn different cutting techniques and how to use a whipping siphon like a pro. Tartars, ceviches and carpaccios can look simple to create, but the balance of flavors and textures is key to master. Meat, fish and seafood will be visited during the class. You enjoy everything you cook with two glasses of wine.
