Description

Our chef shares all his know-how on the subject, choice of ingredients, preparation and preservation techniques. Learn how to make tasty sausages, liver mousses and rustic terrines. For those who love good meat, make your own charcuterie. You will taste some of your creations on site and two glasses of wine will be served. The rest of your creations are to take away.

Contents: Foie gras parfait / Fish rillettes / Pork sausage / Home made mustard / Duck sausage with cranberries / Game terrine.
