The Escali DHRW2 Wireless Remote Thermometer and Timer combines two crucial kitchen tools into one portable multifunctional unit. Set a custom temperature alert or choose from a library of suggested internal cooking temperatures for beef, lamb, veal, hamburger, pork, turkey, chicken and fish. The wireless remote display and timer will give you the confidence to multitasking with live access to temperature measurements and alerts.

Preset Target Cooking Temperatures

Set a custom temperature alert and the thermometer will notify you when your food is done cooking.
Oven Safe Probe
The stainless steel probe and cord are specially designed to withstand the high temperatures found in an oven or grill and may be left in food while it cooks.
