Description

The new Sous Vide Professional in CREATIVE version is an economical entry-level circulator with quality performance. The integrated pump allows for circulation of cooking water while heating it with great precision to achieve consistent results, even cooking, enhanced flavors and perfect texture. Once cooked, food can also be left at a holding temperature which prevents it from drying out or overcooking. The unit is compact in design and easy to store. An adjustable clamp on the back of the unit allows it to be attached to pots or vats up to 20 liters in volume for sous-vide cooking of portions for up to 12 people. Its pump recirculates the cooking water at a rate of 6 L/min and the microprocessor maintains the cooking temperature to an accuracy of 0.1°C. The user can change the temperature display in °C or °F units and can control the cooking time with a built-in timer. This unit is designed for light to medium use, for more intensive use we recommend the Chef or Classic series circulators. Complete with a multilingual user manual and a vacuum cooking guide with time/temperature chart. Maximum cooking temperature of 99°C. Large backlit display. Temperature overheat and low liquid level protections. Control stability of plus or minus 0.1°C. Built-in timer for vacuum cooking time
