The MINI size is ideal for storing half cut fruits or vegetables such as lime, lemon, tomato, onion or cucumber in the refrigerator. It is perfect for packing small treats in a lunch box and can be used as a lid for small bowls of sauce, dip or puree.
The SMALL size will keep your cheeses, snacks or fruit safe in the lunch box.
The LARGE size will allow you to wrap sandwiches and vegetables or to cover your bowls and plates.
Made of beeswax on a sturdy organic cotton and hemp fabric, the Api-flex can be washed, reused for several months and then composted. Beeswax packaging is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic wrap for packaging, transporting and storing your food. You can mold the wax sheet around a bowl to cover it using the heat of your hands.
Washable in cold water, with a little mild dish soap if needed. The Api-flex has a shelf life of approximately 6 months to a year, depending on the frequency of use.
