LA BELLE EXCUSE is offering you a red wine vinegar imported from Italy. Our vinegar is obtained from red Lambrusco grape must from the beautiful Modena region.
CHARACTERISTICS: Rich garnet color and robust ripe fruit taste.
INGREDIENTS: Grape must aged in barrel. Contains Sulphites. Gluten Free.
USE: Fabulous as a vinaigrette on fresh tomatoes or grilled vegetables. Excellent to deglaze or in a marinade for red meats.
