CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CHRISTMAS COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 pinch of salt
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) natural vanilla extract
- 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) oatmeal
- 125 ml (½ cup) Cacao Barry Ocoa chocolate, chopped
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven, using the middle rack, to 190 °C (375 °F).
- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the egg, salt, vanilla, baking powder and then the flour and oatmeal.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- On a working station, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to ½’’ of thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter of your choosing, cut the dough into cookies.
- On a baking tray covered with a silicon mat, put the cookies and let cook for 12 to 15 minutes in the oven.
- Once cooked, let cool on a cookie rack.
