FONDUST est un colorant génial pour tout pâtissier! Il s'agit du seul colorant hydrosoluble en poudre utilisable directement dans les aliments.
Easy to use, FONDUST is a micro-encapsulated food coloring specially designed to color foods with an extremely low water content. It colors fondant (sugar paste), pastillage, marzipan, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macaroons, decorative gel, candies, sugar creations (during or after baking)... practically everything except pure chocolate. The range contains 52 colors.
With FONDUST, you can achieve very dark colors, such as black, red, blue and brown, but also bright colors, such as orange, green, pink and purple. Each pot allows you to make light shades as well.
