Widely used by professionals, these highly concentrated flavors will not only enhance the taste of your sweet (yogurts, creams, mousses, ice creams, cookies, glazes, etc.) or savory (sauces, creams, vinaigrettes, soups, etc.) preparations, but also create original combinations.
Each bottle is fitted with a dropper and measuring cup (except for 58 mL bottles without measuring cup) for easy dosage.
Dosage: 0.1 to 1% of the preparation, depending on flavour (dosage indicated on the back of the bottle for each flavour). For cooking, increase dosage according to cooking time and intensity.
