Caramélia combines all the indulgence of a real caramel made from skimmed milk and butter with a great milk chocolate.
This combination gives Caramélia a soft, creamy texture that's perfect for your moldings, tablets, mousse, ice creams and sorbets.
Tempering curve: Fonte (45/50°C) , Cristallisation (27/28°C) , Travail T3 (29/30°C)
Note: Chocolate does not like high temperatures during transport. In hot weather, it may melt in the parcel and become a block. This does not affect its taste. In certain cases, we may temporarily block your order for shipment or recommend delivery by Chronofresh.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, caramel, whole milk powder, cocoa beans, soya lecithin.
Storage: reseal the product to preserve its properties and store between 16 and 18°C.
Best before: 12 months from date of manufacture
