Description
Powdery white Glycerin Flakes are used to emulsify water and oil.
Glycerin Flakes are highly stable emulsifiers, composed of monoglycerides and diglycerides extracted from glycerin fats and fatty acids.
They are mainly used to emulsify water and oil. They must be dissolved in oil at 60°C before being added to water (1g for 50g of oil).
Composition: Made from Gycerol Monearate and stearic acid
