With Omelet, cook plain omelets in the microwave or add your favorite ingredients to have a light and tasteful omelet in just a wink of an eye.
If you want to make 2 omelets at the same time, place the Lekue Omelet Makers on opposite sides of the microwave and double the cooking time on both sides.
You can substitute water for milk when making the omelet. Make sure to use room temperature water and the same amount as instructed in the recipe. Do note though that the omelet won’t be as fluffy when using water, but just as delicious.
