Directions for use :
Before the first use, wash and lightly oil the entire surface of the inner coating.
Avoid overheating your utensil when empty.
Do not cut directly into the coating.
Preferably use a plastic or wooden spatula.
Slight scratches and abrasions that may occur during use do not affect the non-stick performance of the coating.
Clean the inside and outside of your utensil with hot water, liquid detergent, and a sponge (scouring powder and metal sponges are not recommended).
Dishwasher and oven safe.
