Description
This fluted pastry wheel is used to make the familiar scalloped edges of lasagna, ravioli and farfalle (butterfly-shaped pasta), or to embellish the strips on a pie. This Ghidini pastry wheel has a 1.5-inch diameter wheel and 6.5 inches in length. Chrome with wooden handle. Made in Italy.
